Jiangsu Changzhou Bost Fuel Injection Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in 1990. We specialize in manufacturing diesel fuel injection spare parts, such as nozzles, elements / plungers, delivery valves and injection pump assembly. We have a high reputation in the field. Our company covers an area of 20000 square meters, with more than 400 persons.

Currently, we have three series of products, that are S, J and P, and more than 1000 kinds of injection nozzles. Our market share conquers 40% of the domestic market with medium price and super quality. And part of them are exported to the Middle East, Europe and the United States. Based on the first-class equipment, testing instruments and technology, we can assure our products of specility and high-quality. In 2008, we independently developed high-end production equipment: CNC 8-position end face and mirror automaticly grinder which has online automatic measurment function. We are the pioneer in this field. The research result has filled up the blank of the country and achieve the advanced level in the world. In 2009, we independently developed special cylindrical grinder for grinding three-conical surface of needle and special CNC Grinding Machine with the function of measuring the line pressure at injector side and nozzle needle lift. They have obtained national patents.

Our company adpots honing technology which can enhance the abrasion resistance of middle hole of the needle valve body. In order to ensure all kinds of products are consistent, we adopt three-conical surface grinder to process the seal seat of needle valve body. Moreover, we adopt face ultra-precision grinding machine to process the end face of needle valve body. And the pressure chamber of needle valve body adhibits the technology of electroanalysis deburring. Furthermore, we use high speed CNC drilling machine for the machining of fuel spray nozzle holes. And we use advanced high pressure honing technology in extruding and honing spray holes. In this way, it can increase the flow coefficient of spray holes and make the spraying more uniform, with better gas mixture and more adequate combustion.
